Why purchases are final
Our guides are delivered as PDF downloads immediately after payment via Selar. Once you have received access to the file, the purchase cannot be reversed in the way a physical product could be returned. This is standard practice for digital goods and is consistent with Selar's own platform policies.
When we will resolve an issue
We will promptly resolve the following situations:
- Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error, we will arrange a refund of the duplicate charge.
- File-access failure — if you completed payment but cannot access or download your guide, we will resend access or provide a direct download link.
